At Monarch Brass Co., each of our handmade mid-century modern brass light fixtures is carefully prepared and processed shortly after an order is placed.

Order Cancellation Window

We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing it.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please email us at:

Include:

• Your Order ID

• The name used on the order

• A request stating that you would like to cancel the order

If your cancellation request is received within the 24-hour window, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

After 24 Hours

Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours because production and order processing may have already begun.

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return in accordance with our 30-Day Return Policy once you receive the item.
